Roles & Responsibilities
Secretary (Female – Saudi Arabia)
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Front office reception duties & visitor handling
Incoming & outgoing calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication
Office documentation, filing & data entry
Coordinating with management and staff
Handling basic HR & admin support work
Maintaining office discipline and daily reports
As a Recruiter
Source Saudi-based CVs (local & overseas candidates)
Recruitment for Saudi projects (construction, hospitality, industrial, etc.)
Shortlisting candidates as per client requirements
Conducting initial screening & interviews
Coordinating with candidates & management
Maintaining recruitment database & reports
Desired Candidate Profile
Female candidates only
Prior experience as a Secretary / Office Assistant preferred
Good communication skills (English and Arabic mandatory)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp)
Presentable, responsible & professional attitude
