Roles & Responsibilities

Financial Coordination & Communication

  • Act as a coordination point between the CFO Office and internal departments
  • Support alignment of financial processes and reporting requirements
  • Ensure timely communication of financial updates and requirements

Stakeholder & External Relations

  • Coordinate with external stakeholders including banks, insurance companies, and auditors
  • Support communication with regulatory bodies such as ZATCA
  • Maintain professional relationships with financial partners

Compliance & Regulatory Support (Saudi Arabia)

  • Ensure adherence to ZATCA regulations, VAT requirements, and financial policies
  • Support preparation and submission of regulatory reports
  • Maintain documentation in line with compliance requirements

Financial Reporting Support

  • Assist in preparing financial reports, summaries, and presentations
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data shared with stakeholders
  • Support reporting processes across business units

Audit & Control Support

  • Assist in internal and external audit activities
  • Ensure proper documentation and availability of audit evidence
  • Support implementation of audit recommendations

Banking & Financial Coordination

  • Coordinate with banks regarding transactions, documentation, and financial requests
  • Support treasury-related coordination activities
  • Track and follow up on financial correspondences

Process Improvement & Standardization

  • Identify opportunities to improve financial coordination processes
  • Support standardization of financial communication and workflows

Contribute to efficiency and process optimization initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile

Education and Certifications:

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

SOCPA / CPA / CMA (Preferred)

IFRS certification (Preferred)

VAT / ZATCA training (Preferred)

Financial reporting or governance-related certifications (Preferred)

Knowledge and Experience

  • 5 8 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial coordination
  • Experience within healthcare sector or regulated environment preferred
  • Knowledge of Saudi financial regulations, VAT, and ZATCA requirements
  • Experience supporting financial reporting and audit processes
  • Familiarity with ERP systems( Oracle Fusion system)
  • Exposure to stakeholder and financial coordination
