The Inside Sales Agent is a key ambassador of the Lucid brand, responsible for engagingbr>prospective customers, managing inbound and outbound leads, and converting interest intobr>confirmed test drive appointments. This role focuses on delivering a premium, customer-centricbr>experience aligned with Lucid Motors luxury and innovation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, email, CRM, and digital channelsbr> Qualify customer interest and identify needs, preferences, and buying intentbr> Book, confirm, and manage test drive appointments across Lucid studios in the Kingdombr> Provide accurate product information on Lucid vehicles, trims, and available offersbr> Ensure all customer data and interactions are accurately logged in Salesforce CRMbr> Follow up with customers who are not reachable to maintain engagementbr> Coordinate with studio teams to ensure a seamless test drive experiencebr> Meet or exceed KPIs related to lead response time and test drive conversion

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree or equivalent professional experience.br>1 3 years of experience in inside sales, call center, or customer-facing roles.br>Strong communication skills in English.br>Experience using CRM systems.
