Main Objectives To coordinate and support all government-related transactions, regulatory requirements, and employee and administrative services, while handling day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring timely processing of official requirements, compliance with applicable laws, and enabling smooth operations and continuity within Saudi Arabia.
Main Duties Coordinate and follow up on all regulatory and governmental requirements related to company setup and ongoing operations, in order to ensure compliance and operational readiness. Liaise and coordinate with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and appointed Government Relations Services Providers, in order to facilitate timely processing of all official transactions. Coordinate with the Government Relations Services Provider to process all employee-related governmental matters, including visas, residency permits (Iqama) and related formalities, in order to ensure timely onboarding and continuous legal employment status of employees. Track expiry dates and follow up on the renewal of all licenses, registrations, and statutory documents, in order to avoid penalties, operational disruptions, or regulatory non-compliance. Monitor compliance with applicable labour laws, nationalization requirements, and regulatory frameworks, and escalate any issues or risks to management accordingly, in order to ensure continuous compliance and timely resolution of potential risks. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all governmental transactions, official correspondence, and company documentation, in addition to handling general administrative coordination and documentation, in order to ensure proper tracking, organization, audit readiness, and timely updates to management. Provide regular updates and reports to management on the status of governmental processes, requirements, and any regulatory changes impacting operations, in order to support informed decision-making and ensure alignment with regulatory obligations. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align operational and administrative activities with regulatory requirements, in order to ensure smooth execution of business activities. Comply with Company's and airport authorities’ health, safety & security requirements. Carries out other similar or related duties as directed by the management.
Minimum Requirements Education:A minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
Experience:Minimum of 1 year’s experience in Business Administration or a similar role. Proven experience in handling regulatory processes and compliance within Saudi Arabia.
