What You'll Be Doing
Managing calls, files, and day-to-day office operations
Coordinating schedules, appointments, and meetings
Supporting data entry and database maintenance
Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
Helping plan and coordinate office events
Collaborating with a supportive, people-first team
Skills
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
Administrative experience is a plus — but not essential
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong communication and organizational skills
A collaborative, positive, and proactive mindset
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
