Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct functional, performance, and safety testing of robotic and electro-mechanical systems

• Develop and execute detailed test plans, procedures, and protocols

• Set up and maintain test rigs, test benches, and data acquisition systems

• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of mechanical and electrical failures

• Work closely with design, engineering, and quality teams to resolve technical issues

• Validate system performance under real-time and field conditions

• Document test results, anomalies, and corrective actions accurately

• Support field trials and system integration testing when required

• Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards and testing regulations

• Continuously improve testing methods and contribute to product quality enhancement

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 7–8 years of experience in testing electro-mechanical or robotic systems

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering

• Strong hands-on experience in mechanical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, and sensors

• Good understanding of industrial automation and robotic equipment

• Experience in test planning, validation, and reporting

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

• Ability to work in cross-functional engineering teams

• Knowledge of industrial safety standards and compliance requirements

• Good communication skills in English (written & verbal)

• Practical, hands-on mindset (shop-floor / field testing experience preferred)
