Roles & Responsibilities

• Spearhead the design and development of complex mechanical systems, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting professional growth.
• Conduct thorough engineering analyses, simulations, and calculations to validate designs and identify potential issues early on.
• Oversee the selection of materials, components, and manufacturing processes, considering cost, performance, and sustainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electrical, software, manufacturing) to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the product lifecycle, from concept to production and beyond.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements throughout all design phases.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.

• Holds a Professional Engineer (PE) license or is actively pursuing licensure.

• Exhibits strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, FEA).

• Has a proven track record of leading engineering projects from concept to completion.

• Demonstrates excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

• Shows experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
