Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with Saudi Arabian regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on facility equipment and infrastructure to identify and address potential issues proactively.
  • Develop and implement facility management plans, including budgets, schedules, and resource allocation, optimizing operational efficiency.
  • Manage and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and contractors, providing technical guidance and performance evaluations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Possesses relevant professional certifications, such as a Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or equivalent.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of experience in facility engineering within the Saudi Arabian market.
  • Saudi National with a strong understanding of local building codes and regulations.
