Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development plans aligned with company strategy and sales objectives.
- Expand and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders (contractors, consultants, developers, government entities, suppliers, and partners).
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and convert them into viable business deals.
- Manage relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Represent the company professionally in meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Align business development efforts with marketing to ensure consistent market positioning.
- Support the development of technical and commercial proposals based on client needs.
- Strengthen the companys market image and product positioning.
- Coordinate internally to support growth and business expansion.
- Achieve assigned sales and growth targets within company guidelines.
Duties
- Identify and approach potential clients and maintain ongoing communication.
- Track projects, tenders, and opportunities relevant to the companys products.
- Prepare and submit commercial proposals in coordination with technical teams.
- Organize and manage client meetings and visits.
- Coordinate company participation in exhibitions, including booth preparation and materials.
- Work with the marketing team to develop sales-support materials.
- Manage client-related arrangements such as meetings, hospitality, and corporate gifts.
- Maintain and update client records and relationship data.
- Prepare periodic reports on market status, opportunities, and activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments (production, finance, logistics) to meet client needs.
Desired Candidate Profile
A sales professional with technical expertise in infrastructure materials, specifically FRP and GFRP. Holds an engineering qualification combined with extensive experience in engineering applications.
