Role & responsibilities
- Must be able to read, understand, and process fabrication drawings
- Good understanding of production flow in sheet metal fabrication
- Knowledge of laser cutting, punching, bending, welding, and assembly processes
- Should be capable of supervising shopfloor workers and production activities
- Must be able to coordinate work between drawings, fabrication, and production
- Should have good communication skills and practical problem-solving ability
- Must be willing to work overtime when required
- Candidate should be responsible, organized, and able to handle shopfloor supervision
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 5-6 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication
Good knowledge of AutoCAD
