About the Role
Be part of the exceptional pre-opening team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea, a luxury destination focused on excellence, sustainability, and innovation. As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations within one or more of the resort s outlets, ensuring smooth service flow and delivering an elevated guest experience. You will lead and support a team of service professionals while upholding Four Seasons service and quality standards.
What You Will Do
- Supervise the service team to ensure efficient, attentive, and personalized guest experiences.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and setup standards in the outlet.
- Assist with staff training, coaching, and scheduling to maintain optimal productivity.
- Support the Outlet Manager in managing daily operations, inventory control, and ordering.
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Monitor service standards, implement improvements, and ensure compliance with Four Seasons procedures.
- Assist in the coordination of special events and promotions within the outlet.
- Collaborate closely with the culinary, bar, and stewarding teams for seamless service delivery.
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a luxury hotel, resort, or fine-dining environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach.
- Knowledge of food and beverage trends, service techniques, and health & safety regulations.
- Proven ability to train, motivate, and develop service teams.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
Schedule & Hours
Full-time position with rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
