Job Details

Qualifications and Experience:bachelor's engineering civil Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.
Proven previous experience in military projects and air force / defense facilities, including:Aircraft facilities Airports Runways and helipads
Holder of recognized professional project management certifications, such as:PMP or equivalent Risk Management certifications (preferred)
Full knowledge of regulations, systems, and standards applicable to governmental and military projects.
Roles and Responsibilities:Manage and monitor project schedules and ensure adherence to approved timelines. Supervise contractors and subcontractors’ works and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and programs. Review and approve preliminary and final designs and coordinate with relevant stakeholders. Efficiently manage project resources (human and technical). Review, follow up, and approve interim payment certificates and control project costs. Implement quality control systems and prepare periodic progress reports. Develop and enforce the Health, Safety, and Security Plan. Prequalify suppliers, approve materials, and manage change orders. Coordinate with consultants and contractors and closely monitor project progress. Lead the project team and make timely and effective decisions..
