We are looking for a responsive, responsible, and proactive employee to serve as an HR Admin / General admin manager supporting the company’s operations in Saudi Arabia. The role includes handling general administrative and operational matters, supporting the relocation and stay of foreign personnel, managing documentation and paperwork. This position is about a wide range of responsibilities and tasks, and not all duties can be fully reflected in the job functions listed below.
Responsibilities HR Administration & Workforce Support on a production Maintain and update HR records related to new hires, transfers, and terminations. Control working shifts, rotation Collect, maintain, and update labor agreements and employee documentation. Support onboarding and legalization processes for expatriate employees. Collect and manage employee-related documents, including:Coordinate reporting and compliance activities related to Nitaqat and Saudization requirements. Monitor Saudization levels in cooperation with colleagues from other departments and escalate potential compliance risks. Coordinate operational activities between external manpower agencies and employees. Act as a liaison between agencies and the Finance Department regarding: invoices, payment timing, verification of worked hours,Support onboarding and administration of outsourced personnel and agency-provided workforce. Collect and prepare POs, contracts, invoices, and supporting documentation for transfer to the Accounting Departmen Administrative & Operational Support Assist management in organizing, planning, and implementing operational and business strategies. Coordinate internal operations and support communication between departments. Monitor ongoing activities to ensure operational continuity and efficiency. Coordination & Process Management Coordinate operational workflows within the organization, including sales-related and payment-related processes.· Ensure that internal deadlines and established timelines are properly tracked and met.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.3+ years of experience in HR administration, workforce coordination, office administration, or a similar Understanding of Saudi labor regulations, Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements, and general HR compliance processes is considered an advantage. Ability to negotiat effectively with internal departments such as Finance, HR, and Operations, as well as with external agencies and vendors. Advanced user of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word. English proficiency is required; native Arabic
