Take the Helm as Our Cluster General Manager and Lead Multiple Hotels to Excellence

As Cluster General Manager, you will lead with vision, discipline, and commercial focus across a portfolio of hotels. You will drive operational excellence, financial performance, and brand consistency while ensuring every property delivers exceptional guest experiences and sustainable business results.

You build and strengthen the leadership pipeline across all properties. You actively develop key managers, support succession planning, and ensure recruitment and retention strategies align with business needs and budget targets.

Stakeholder & Ownership Relations

You act as the primary point of contact for owners and asset managers across the cluster, ensuring transparency, trust, and alignment on performance, investment, and strategic direction.

You foster a strong, unified culture across all properties, promoting collaboration, accountability, and engagement. You ensure teams feel connected to a shared vision while respecting local dynamics.
