We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Team Leader to spearhead and elevate our marketing efforts for various real estate projects located in Riyadh.

Plan, develop, and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns tailored specifically for our real estate projects, utilizing market insights and consumer behavior data to maximize effectiveness.
This involves conducting thorough market research, identifying target audiences, crafting compelling messaging, and strategically selecting channels to optimize campaign impact and drive measurable results.
Manage and optimize digital and offline marketing channels—including social media, email marketing, print advertising, and events—to maximize reach, engagement, and return on investment.
Employ data-driven approaches to continually assess channel performance, implement best practices, and adjust tactics to ensure consistent growth in brand visibility and lead generation.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure that marketing initiatives are well-integrated with sales strategies and effectively support project sales targets and business growth goals.
Facilitate ongoing communication and alignment between marketing and sales departments to synchronize efforts, share insights, and create unified approaches that enhance customer acquisition and retention.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics such as lead quality, cost per lead, conversion rates, and overall campaign ROI to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
Utilize advanced analytics tools to generate detailed reports, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations that inform future campaign strategies and budget allocations.
Coordinate with external agencies, creative designers, content creators, and media partners to ensure seamless and high-quality execution of all marketing campaigns and materials.
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee production schedules to guarantee timely delivery and adherence to brand standards and campaign objectives.
Provide robust support for project launches, corporate events, and promotional activities, ensuring they align with marketing objectives and contribute to enhanced brand awareness and customer engagement.
Oversee event planning and execution, collaborate cross-functionally to maximize promotional impact, and leverage these opportunities to strengthen client relationships and market positioning.
Comprehensive medical insurance coverage Pension scheme in accordance with Saudi labor regulations Paid annual leave and public holidays Professional development and training opportunities Required Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in real estate marketing 2+ years of experience in a marketing team lead role or higher Hands-on experience running lead generation and marketing campaign management for real estate projects Proficiency in running digital ads on Google Ads or Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Experience using CRM systems for marketing and sales lead management Strong Excel and reporting skills for tracking marketing performance Strong understanding of the Saudi real estate market Ability to manage real estate marketing campaigns, track performance, and optimize lead generation Ability to work with standard business tools including laptop, email, Microsoft Office, CRM, and advertising platforms Arabic language proficiency Saudi work authorization (Saudi national or transferable iqama) Ability to join within 30 days or as required by business needs Proven ability to work closely with sales teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders to support project sales objectives Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field Experience implementing or configuring CRM systems Experience with dashboards and reporting tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar Digital marketing certifications (e.
