Create and coordinate work schedules and assign posting positions, maximizing coverage and optimizing efficiency at all times.

Record guest requests for luggage and valet service and train employees on venue features and services.

Ensuring the driveway, lobby, entrance and baggage storage areas are clean and presentable.

Conducting performance reviews and ensuring that all equipment and supplies are working properly.

Set an example for employees by being present and working during peak business periods and events.

Strong organizational skills.

Ability to organize, manage and supervise the delivery and retrieval of luggage and the fast and efficient parking of cars during large events, such as parties and weddings.

Coordinate luggage deliveries and distribute pertinent guest arrival and departure details to team members.

Supervising Bellmen, transferring and storing guest luggage and responding to guest requests.

Inspect guest rooming standards and acquaint guests with rooms and their features.

Guiding and directing valet parking operations to ensure services are in alignment with guest expectations and established standards.

Supervise the activities directly related to providing valet parking-related services while ensuring the safety and security of all vehicles.

Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles. Must possess a valid driver s license.

Ensure team members have current and up to date knowledge of hotel products, services, facilities, events, pricing and policies and knowledge of the local area and events.
