Role Overview: ZeroFox is seeking a dynamic Hybrid Seller (Account Executive + Account Manager) who excels at both acquiring new clients and nurturing existing customer relationships.
This hybrid role combines the responsibilities of an Account Executive (AE) focused on driving new business and an Account Manager (AM) dedicated to expanding and ensuring customer satisfaction within existing accounts.
As a Hybrid Seller, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our customers, delivering strategic solutions in the external cybersecurity space.
You will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, managing the sales cycle end-to-end, and maintaining long-term partnerships that maximize customer value.
Key Responsibilities: New Business Development: Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities aligned with ZeroFox’s external threat protection platform.
Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, renewals, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to customer needs and market trends.
Collaboration: Partner internally with Sales Engineers, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver comprehensive solutions and superior customer experiences.
Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle, forecast accurately, and report sales activities and results.
Market and Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of ZeroFox products, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively position solutions.
Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer internally to influence product development and service delivery.
Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred.
3+ years of sales experience preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology solutions.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing end-to-end sales processes.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills capable of building and maintaining customer relationships.
Ability to balance new business acquisition with post-sale customer management effectively.
Self-motivated with a consultative sales approach and strong problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with technical teams and customer success.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.
g., Salesforce) and sales pipeline management best practices.
Preferred: Experience in external cybersecurity or threat intelligence markets.
Knowledge of ZeroFox’s products or similar cybersecurity SaaS solutions.
Demonstrated ability to influence and drive customer success initiatives.
