Roles & Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a

  related field (required).

• Master's degree (MBA or MSc in Supply Chain / Procurement) is an advantage.

• Professional certification in procurement or supply chain (CPSM, CPM, CIPS, or equivalent) is

  preferred.

• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in a

  leadership role.

• Strong background in procurement for Facilities Management, Contracting, Construction, MEP,

  or Industrial Services.

• Proven experience managing procurement in KSA or the wider GCC region, including

  knowledge of local supplier markets and regulatory requirements.

• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and procurement management platforms.

• Knowledge of KSA procurement regulations, Saudization obligations, and ZATCA requirements
