Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Role Summary: Applus+ is seeking an experienced Performance Measurement Specialist to join a waste management project operating under a performance-based contract.
This role focuses on developing KPIs, monitoring operational efficiency, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals and operational excellence standards.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with contract requirements and organizational objectives.
Analyze operational data and performance trends to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
Monitor compliance with performance-based contracts , ensuring deliverables and targets are achieved.
Support the design and implementation of performance management frameworks and reporting systems.
Conduct benchmarking studies to compare performance against industry best practices and identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align performance objectives with operational execution.
Prepare periodic performance reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and recommending corrective actions.
Ensure alignment between operational performance and operations excellence standards .
Support governance processes related to performance management and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 8+ years of experience in performance management, business analysis, or operations excellence.
Proven experience working within performance-based contracts or KPI-driven environments .
Strong background in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development .
Experience in developing and monitoring performance frameworks and KPIs .
