About the Role We are looking for a dedicated, organized, and proactive Clinic Coordinator to join our team in Mafasel Madinah branch. This person is the on-ground guardian of the Mafasel brand, patient experience, and operational continuity. The role bridges the gap between the host medical center's staff (in Madina), and Mafasel's physicians and standards (in Jeddah). Key Responsibilities:Patient Experience & Journey Own the end-to-end patient journey from first contact to follow-up Ensure every patient interaction reflects Mafasel's quality standards Manage Whats App communications, appointment confirmations, and reminders Conduct post-visit follow-up calls and satisfaction checks Brand & Operations Represent Mafasel's identity within the host medical center Ensure Mafasel branding materials (brochures, QR codes, signage) are in place Coordinate with the host center's reception, nursing, and finance teams Monitor clinic flow and flag any operational issues to Jeddah HQData & Reporting Maintain and update the patient CRM database daily Ensure all patient data is stored under Mafasel's systems, not the host center's Prepare and send daily/weekly reports to Mafasel management Track KPIs: daily patient count, return rate, average bill, insurance approvals Physician Support Prepare clinic schedules and patient files before each session Coordinate travel and accommodation logistics for visiting physicians Liaise between the physician and the host center's medical staff Handle referral coordination for cases sent to Jeddah Requirements: 1–3 years in a healthcare coordination or admin role Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Basic knowledge of medical terminology is a plus Proficiency in computer systems and scheduling software Ability to work independently and as part of a team
