Role Description This is a contract, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Representative located in Dammam. The representative will be responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships, and executing effective marketing strategies. Daily tasks will include managing customer inquiries, collaborating with teams to implement sales plans, conducting client presentations, and ensuring excellent customer service experiences. The role also involves identifying new leads and providing training or guidance where necessary.
Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs. Proven track record in Sales, including identifying potential leads and closing deals. Experience in Sales & Marketing, with the ability to implement and execute targeted marketing strategies to drive growth. Ability to conduct Training sessions to support and guide team members or clients effectively. Proficiency in market research and understanding customer preferences. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize as needed. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Experience in the steel manufacturing or industrial sector is an advantage. Proficiency in both English and Arabic is a notable plus.
