Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support end to end HR transformation initiatives, including:
- Operating model design and rollout (HQ, projects, O&M, GCCs)
- Transition and stabilisation of HR Shared Services (SSC) in India
- Standardisation of global HR processes, policies and ways of working
- Develop detailed transformation roadmaps with clear milestones, dependencies and success measures.
- Drive change management, stakeholder engagement and adoption across regions and business units.
- Identify process inefficiencies, overlaps and risks; propose pragmatic, scalable solutions.
- Act as a trusted execution partner to the VP / Head of HR across strategy, priorities and communications.
- Own the HR operating rhythm, including:
- Annual planning and prioritization
- Quarterly OKRs and milestones
- Monthly and quarterly business and HR reviews
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience & Qualifications:
- MBA / Master s in Human Resources, Business, Strategy, or related discipline
- 10+ years of experience across:
- HR transformation
- Consulting, PMO or Chief of Staff style roles
- Large, complex or fast scaling organisations
- Exposure to technology, infrastructure, energy, EPC, digital infrastructure, or asset heavy industries preferred
- Prior experience working with senior leadership teams essential
- Exposure to HR practices in the Middle East, preferred.
- Strong HR transformation and program management expertise
- Excellent structuring, problem solving and execution skills
- Advanced stakeholder management across cultures and geographies
