Roles & Responsibilities
Quality Oversight: Lead the QA/QC department and manage a team of Mechanical, E&I, and Civil QC Engineers.
ITP Management: Oversee the implementation of all Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) across all disciplines.
Client Interface: Act as the primary point of contact for SASREF civil and mechanical inspection teams for all hold and witness points.
Documentation: Ensure the final compilation of all turnover dossiers, weld maps, and mechanical completion certificates.
Audit & Compliance: Conduct internal quality audits and ensure subcontractors comply with SABIC quality standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas QA/QC, with at least 10 years in KSA.
Proven experience leading quality teams in live refinery brownfield environments.
Expert knowledge of ASME, API, and SABIC quality standards.
Transferable Iqama.
