Position Summary:


The Revenue Manager is responsible for leading the hotel’s revenue strategy, maximizing overall revenue performance, and ensuring effective inventory and pricing management across all market segments. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, F&B and Operations to drive business results in alignment with Hyatt’s commercial strategy.



Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute strategic revenue plans to optimize ADR, occupancy, and RevPAR performance.


  • Analyze demand trends, competitor positioning, and market dynamics within Makkah.


  • Lead forecasting processes (daily, weekly, monthly) and provide insights to leadership.


  • Manage pricing, inventory controls, and distribution strategies across all channels.


  • Ensure alignment with Hyatt revenue management standards and brand guidelines.


  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to drive segment mix and promotional strategies.


  • Monitor OTA performance, direct channels, and rate parity compliance.


  • Conduct and lead regular revenue meetings with key stakeholders.


  • Identify opportunities to enhance profitability during peak religious seasons (Ramadan, Hajj & Peak Umrah Season).


  • Lead the Yearly Business Plan along with business strategies.


  • Present revenue strategies to ownership and regional teams.


  • Assist F&B in preparing Budget & Forecast


  • Fulfillment of the hotels revenue objectives, and the completion of month end, forecast and market share critiques.


  • Playing a key role in the Revenue Management discipline initiatives by participating in processes development, testing, sharing of learnings/insights


  • Providing systems, tools and strategic guidance to hotel in order to forecasts future RevPAR performance, for the Annual Budget, Business Plan process, as well as for period projections, including providing historical context and future opportunities, risks and trends.


  • Holistic responsibility for room sales as well as planning and monitoring of F&B sales - Total Revenue Management.
