Role Summary:
CSSD Technician responsible for sterilization, decontamination, and distribution of medical instruments ensuring strict adherence to infection control protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning, sterilization, and packing of surgical instruments
- Operate autoclaves and sterilization equipment
- Maintain sterilization records and logs
- Ensure compliance with hospital infection control policies
- Inspect instruments for functionality and cleanliness
Required Skills: - Knowledge of CSSD procedures
- Autoclave handling
- Infection control standards
- Instrument identification
- Documentation accuracy
Preferred Skills: - Prometric certification
- Saudi Council license
- Experience in hospital setup
Experience Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience as CSSD Technician
Education: - Diploma in CSSD Technician
