About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Electrical Quality Engineer to ensure the highest standards of quality across our construction projects. You will play a critical role in maintaining compliance with specifications, standards, and client expectations from start to project completion. Key Responsibilities Conduct daily inspections and testing to ensure compliance with project drawings and specifications Monitor and verify all site quality procedures according to approved method statements and inspection test plans Coordinate with client representatives and site teams to resolve quality issues and close NCRs (Non-Compliance Reports) Track and report all quality-related activities to the QA/QC Manager Review and submit material approvals in coordination with technical teams Maintain quality logs and ensure proper documentation and closure of site observations Attend and oversee field quality tests (e.g., soil testing, compaction, pre-concrete inspections) Support continuous improvement in quality processes across project sites Requirements Education & Experience:Saudi national Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Relevant experience in quality control within construction or infrastructure projects Technical Skills:Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) Ability to prepare and analyze quality reports Core Competencies:Strong coordination and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Professional attitude with strong self-management skills
