Job Overview:We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team in Khobar, KSA. The ideal candidate will have strong sales expertise, excellent communication skills, and a consultative approach to client engagement. This role involves promoting and selling the company’s real estate services, understanding client needs, building long-term relationships, and successfully closing sales opportunities while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:Manage the full sales cycle, from initial client consultation to successful deal closure, across real estate offerings. Engage with prospective clients to understand their investment goals and recommend suitable real estate solutions. Present and promote international real estate projects to potential clients. Generate new business through networking, referrals, and proactive prospecting activities. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, investors, and referral partners to drive repeat business. Lead negotiations with clients to secure agreements and successfully close deals. Maintain consistent communication with clients through calls, meetings, and follow-ups to ensure high engagement and satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance. Stay informed about market trends and investment opportunities to provide accurate and up-to-date advice.
Qualifications:2 - 4 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales or Property Investment Advisory. Strong ability to generate clients through personal networks and relationships. Experience in handling deals and client negotiations. Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a strong sales mindset. Excellent command of English (spoken and written). Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
