Roles & Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership
- Drive long-term financial strategy aligned with growth, expansion, and shareholder value
- Partner with CEO and Board on capital allocation, investments, and M&A opportunities
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling
2. IPO & Capital Markets
- Lead end-to-end IPO process (readiness, advisors, valuation, listing, investor roadshows)
- Manage relationships with investment banks, regulators, auditors, and legal advisors
- Ensure compliance with market regulations (e.g., Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), CMA requirements or equivalent)
- Oversee post-IPO reporting, disclosures, and investor relations
3. Financial Operations
- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, treasury, tax, and internal controls
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements (IFRS compliance)
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and funding strategies
4. Healthcare Financial Management
- Optimize revenue cycle management (RCM), billing, and insurance claims
- Monitor cost structures across hospitals, clinics, and medical services
- Analyze payer mix, margins, and operational KPIs specific to healthcare
5. Governance & Compliance
- Establish robust internal controls and risk management frameworks
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and financial reporting standards
- Lead audit processes (internal and external)
6. Team Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team
- Develop succession planning and finance transformation initiatives
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and performance
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA strongly preferred
Experience
- 12 18+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
- Proven track record as CFO or senior finance leader in healthcare
- Direct IPO experience (mandatory) leading or playing a key role in listing
- Experience with publicly listed companies and investor relations
- Strong exposure to regulatory frameworks and capital markets
