Roles & Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

  • Drive long-term financial strategy aligned with growth, expansion, and shareholder value
  • Partner with CEO and Board on capital allocation, investments, and M&A opportunities
  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling

2. IPO & Capital Markets

  • Lead end-to-end IPO process (readiness, advisors, valuation, listing, investor roadshows)
  • Manage relationships with investment banks, regulators, auditors, and legal advisors
  • Ensure compliance with market regulations (e.g., Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), CMA requirements or equivalent)
  • Oversee post-IPO reporting, disclosures, and investor relations

3. Financial Operations

  • Oversee accounting, financial reporting, treasury, tax, and internal controls
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements (IFRS compliance)
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and funding strategies

4. Healthcare Financial Management

  • Optimize revenue cycle management (RCM), billing, and insurance claims
  • Monitor cost structures across hospitals, clinics, and medical services
  • Analyze payer mix, margins, and operational KPIs specific to healthcare

5. Governance & Compliance

  • Establish robust internal controls and risk management frameworks
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and financial reporting standards
  • Lead audit processes (internal and external)

6. Team Leadership

  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team
  • Develop succession planning and finance transformation initiatives
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and performance

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)

  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA strongly preferred

Experience

  • 12 18+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
  • Proven track record as CFO or senior finance leader in healthcare
  • Direct IPO experience (mandatory) leading or playing a key role in listing
  • Experience with publicly listed companies and investor relations
  • Strong exposure to regulatory frameworks and capital markets
