About the Job


An opportunity has arisen for Team Lead – Food & Beverage to join Jumeirah Jabal Omar


The main duties and responsibilities of this role:


  • Supervises effectiveness of workflow and sequence of service 

during service periods and provides constant hands-on support.


  • Supervises and monitors the cashiering function of the outlet to ensure compliance with JI Cashiering Procedures.
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and responding to customer feedback and complaints ensuring JI procedures for CSI and Compliant Handling are followed.
  • Informs Outlet Manager / Assistant Manager of any complaints, negative feedback from guests after they first try to resolve.
  • Conduct performance evaluations of colleagues, training of colleagues, guidance, coaching and counselling of colleagues.
  • Actively uses the database of customer details / history to assist in guest recognition.

About You


The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:


  • Problem Solving and Decision-Making Skills.
  • Proficient in the English & Arabic (verbal & written).
