Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect project materials against Material Take-Off (MTO) and approved specifications

  • Manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock accuracy

  • Ensure proper material preservation, storage conditions, and compliance with vendor requirements

  • Issue materials to construction/work crews based on approved material requisitions

  • Monitor and track material consumption and report shortages or discrepancies

  • Coordinate with procurement team for material expediting and delivery follow-up

  • Maintain complete material traceability and documentation records

  • Manage free-issue materials from BH / SASREF or client warehouses

  • Ensure compliance with hazardous material storage and handling procedures

  • Coordinate material disposal, surplus handling, and scrap management activities

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in material management within KSA Oil & Gas projects

  • Strong refinery experience (Aramco / SABIC / SASREF projects)

  • Proven expertise in warehouse operations and inventory management

  • Knowledge of material preservation techniques in industrial environments

  • Valid H2S safety certification and warehouse safety compliance training

  • Transferable Iqama (mandatory requirement for KSA employment) Preferred Requirements

    • Previous experience in SASREF or SABIC refinery projects

    • Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems (materials module preferred)

    • Forklift operation certification

    • Certification in Dangerous Goods / Hazardous Material handling
