Roles & Responsibilities
Production Engineer(s)
Industry: GRP / RCP piping (or similar composite/manufacturing environment)
Key focus: production planning, process control, shop-floor supervision, productivity and quality improvements.
Experience: [2–5] years, preferably in GRP/RCP or composite pipe manufacturing.
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct root cause analysis for production issues, implementing corrective actions to ensure quality standards are met consistently.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and quality assurance, to ensure manufacturability of new products.
Manage production schedules and resource allocation, balancing demand with capacity to maximize throughput.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, providing a strong technical foundation.
2-5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, demonstrating hands-on knowledge of production processes.
