Roles & Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and ensure a memorable dining experience through professional and attentive service.
Present menus, explain daily specials, and make informed recommendations based on guest preferences.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and coordinate with the culinary and bar teams to ensure timely service.
Maintain cleanliness and setup of the dining area according to brand standards.
Collaborate with team members to support service flow and outlet operations.
Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Support special events, private dining, and promotions as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter in a luxury hotel, resort, or fine-dining restaurant.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage service.
Passion for hospitality and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive and guest-centric attitude.
Candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
Arabic speakers and fluency in English are required.
