Job description
- Strong technical fluency to engage credibly with IT on architecture decisions, API design, system integration complexity, cybersecurity requirements, and vendor capability assessment, without requiring engineering execution skills.
- Experience conducting RFP processes, evaluating and onboarding digital vendors, and managing vendor delivery including SLA monitoring and technical due diligence.
- Familiarity with SAMA digital banking regulations, Vision 2030 digital financial infrastructure objectives, and compliance requirements relevant to open banking, digital payments, and fintech partnerships in the KSA market.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to align Digital, IT, Compliance, Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams around shared digital delivery goals and initiative timelines.
- Proven experience in mobile banking product management including backlog definition, sprint planning, feature prioritization across quick wins and strategic phases, and weekly release management in agile delivery environments.
- Experience working with mobile digital lab environments and vendor-led delivery models including stable API-ready core systems, cloud infrastructure readiness, and UX/UI optimization for adoption and stickiness improvement.
- Ability to track and interpret mobile performance metrics including monthly active users, app stickiness, digital product sales penetration, NPS, adoption rates, and drop-off patterns to drive iterative improvement.
- Experience structuring and managing third-party fintech partnerships including commercial model design, SLA definition, onboarding workflows, and partner support operations across EMI-licensed and non-licensed entities.
- Strong understanding of open banking API architecture including API packaging, pricing tiers, developer documentation, technical integration governance, and cybersecurity controls in API-enabled environments.
- Familiarity with SAMA regulations governing open banking, digital payment licensing, sandbox frameworks, and non-objection submission processes for new digital financial products.
