Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-volume environments and a mastery of diverse international cuisines. We are looking for a professional who has polished their skills in large-scale hotel operations and can maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and oversee the production of authentic Indian, Chinese, and Asian dishes.
  • Manage kitchen operations, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
  • Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP/local regulations).
  • Optimize food costs and manage inventory effectively.
  • Innovate and update menus based on seasonal availability and guest preferences.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 57 years of professional cooking experience.
  • Background: Must have significant experience working in large, reputable hotels.
  • Cuisine Expertise: Deep knowledge of Indian (Tandoor, Curry, etc.), Chinese (Wok, Dim Sum, etc.), and broader Asian culinary techniques.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, ability to work under pressure, and excellent time management.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is preferred.
