Roles & Responsibilities

Design and execute bespoke menus across international cuisines (Middle Eastern, European, Asian, and wellness-focused)

Deliver restaurant-quality meals with exceptional presentation on a daily basis

Manage full kitchen operations, including sourcing premium ingredients and controlling inventory

Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and kitchen organization

Cater for private events, formal dinners, and VIP guest hosting

Maintain absolute discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail at all times

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience as a Head Chef within a VIP household, luxury hotel, or fine dining environment

Strong mastery of multiple international cuisines and modern culinary trends

Expertise in healthy, balanced, and diet-specific meal preparation

Highly organized, adaptable, and service-oriented

Professional, discreet, and accustomed to high-expectation environments
