Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely availability of materials and services, optimizing costs without compromising quality.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to understand technical specifications and project requirements for accurate sourcing.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers, ensuring favorable conditions that align with project budgets and timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of procurement experience in the construction or engineering sectors, demonstrating a strong understanding of project needs.
  • Certifications such as Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are highly desirable.
  • Experience working with international suppliers and projects, showing adaptability to diverse cultural and regulatory environments.
