Ameen is a Saudi technology company building AI agents that solve real enterprise problems. We're looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our founding team.
👤 The Role You'll be the bridge between our clients and our technical team. You'll:Sit in client meetings and understand their business & technical needs Design AI solutions tailored to their specific challenges Lead implementation and ensure client success Manage relationships and drive expansion You're not support. You're part of our founding leadership building the future of enterprise AI in Saudi Arabia.
🎓 Who You Are Your Background:Experience in enterprise solutions, consulting, or implementation Deep understanding of ERP systems and enterprise architecture Your Technical Skills:Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and LLMsAbility to design AI solutions (how agents can solve specific problems) Knowledge of data integration, APIs, and enterprise systems Can translate business problems into technical requirements Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus Your Soft Skills:Exceptional communication with C-suite and technical teams Project management and relationship building Understanding of Saudi business culture and enterprise clients Problem-solving mindset
💼 What You'll DoClient Discovery:Understand their pain points and business challenges Assess their current systems and data landscape Design custom AI agent solutions Create implementation roadmaps Solution Design:Work with our technical team to design agents that solve real problems Define data requirements, integrations, and success metrics Present solutions to clients in business terms Implementation & Support:Lead the implementation process Train client teams Monitor performance and ROIDrive expansion to new use cases
