Job Title: English Instructor

Job Summary:
Al Baha University is seeking a qualified and experienced English Language Instructor to join its academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality English language instruction, preparing students for international English proficiency exams, and contributing to the development of the English curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:Deliver engaging and effective English language lessons to university students. Prepare students for international exams such as IELTS and TOEFL. Teach and apply recognized curricula, including the Headway series. Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessment tools. Evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and participation. Maintain accurate student records and provide feedback on performance. Participate in academic meetings, training sessions, and curriculum development. Support students in improving their speaking, writing, listening, and reading skills. Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Linguistics, TESOL, or a related field. Proven experience in teaching IELTS and TOEFL preparation courses. Strong familiarity with the Headway curriculum. Previous teaching experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is preferred. Excellent command of the English language (both spoken and written). Strong communication and classroom management skills. Preferred Skills:Ability to work in a multicultural academic environment. Adaptability and use of modern teaching methods and technologies. Strong organizational and time management skills.
