Overview of the RoleAs a branch supervisor, you will join our team in Al-Qassim, where you will work in an on-site work environment and supervise the daily operations of the branch to ensure operational goals are met and the best customer experience is provided.
Responsibilities- Direct supervision of staff and organizing work
- Monitoring product availability and arrangement within the branch
- Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
- Supporting customer service and handling complaints
- Preparing schedules and organizing shifts
- Reporting observations and reports to the branch manager
- Ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of the branch.
Basic Requirements- 1 to 3 years of experience as a branch supervisor in the retail sector (Hypermarket/Supermarket).
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
Preferred Requirements- Familiarity with the basics of store operational processes
- Ability to work with operating systems (such as cashier systems or ERP systems like Odoo)
