About the RoleAs a
Sales Executive at Napco National, you will play a pivotal role in selling our extensive range of products to assigned customers. Your efforts will contribute to the growth of our national industrial sector and enhance our customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Sell the widest range of company’s products to assigned customers and provide feedback on competitive activities.
- Ensure proper implementation of planograms.
- Issue special order requests as needed.
- Collect invoices in accordance with the company’s aging policy.
- Prepare necessary documents for call cycles or business reviews prior to market visits.
- Identify and report new customers in your area to the team leader.
- Handle customer complaints and report them to the sales team leader.
- Present daily customer orders and collections to the team leader or accountant.
- Process return forms for defective products with approval from your superior before returns.
- Report any issues or objections to the team leader that you cannot handle.
- Conduct quarterly customer account reconciliations and obtain customer approvals/signatures.
- Perform inventory checks during visits, covering warehouses and shelves.
