• Establish and maintain design standards and guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality across all product lines.

• Source and evaluate materials and manufacturing processes, focusing on durability, sustainability, and performance in adventure sports conditions.

• Oversee prototyping and testing phases, providing technical expertise and feedback to refine designs.

• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within financial constraints.

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in adventure sports and design, integrating them into product development.
