Experience2–4 years of relevant experience in HSSE, preferably in solar PV / construction / energy projects Key Responsibilities & Competencies Ensure HSSE compliance across site activities Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures Prepare and manage Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Permit to Work (PTW) systems Lead incident reporting and investigations Support emergency response planning and drills Perform HSE audits, inspections, and site safety walkthroughs Conduct Toolbox Talks (TBT) and safety awareness sessions Monitor contractor safety performance Ensure compliance with work‑at‑height and electrical safety requirements Support environmental monitoring and sustainability practices Maintain clear HSSE documentation, reporting, and communication Standards & Technical Knowledge Working knowledge of ISO 45001 & ISO 14001Strong understanding of PV solar site safety practices Educational Background Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in:Occupational Health & Safety Environmental Science Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical) Additional Requirements Strong communication and reporting skills Ability to work independently on site Attention to detail and a proactive safety mindset
