We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the launch and daily operations of Glass House. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining, a passion for hospitality excellence, and the ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Restaurant Manager in all pre-opening and operational activities
  • Ensure exceptional guest experience aligned with luxury service standards
  • Supervise, train, and develop front-of-house staff
  • Maintain strict adherence to fine dining service protocols and etiquette
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care
  • Monitor inventory, supplies, and coordination with vendors
  • Assist in staff scheduling, performance management, and team motivation
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards
  • Drive operational efficiency and contribute to achieving revenue targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role within fine dining or luxury hospitality
  • Proven track record in high-end restaurant operations
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent understanding of fine dining service standards and guest expectations
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-end environment
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Experience in pre-opening restaurant projects is a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software
