We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the launch and daily operations of Glass House. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining, a passion for hospitality excellence, and the ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team.
Skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Restaurant Manager in all pre-opening and operational activities
- Ensure exceptional guest experience aligned with luxury service standards
- Supervise, train, and develop front-of-house staff
- Maintain strict adherence to fine dining service protocols and etiquette
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and coordination with vendors
- Assist in staff scheduling, performance management, and team motivation
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards
- Drive operational efficiency and contribute to achieving revenue targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role within fine dining or luxury hospitality
- Proven track record in high-end restaurant operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent understanding of fine dining service standards and guest expectations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-end environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
- Experience in pre-opening restaurant projects is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software
