Job description
Support the development and improvement of Wleefa’s educational platform in coordination with the founding team and relevant technical parties.
Help document business, user, and functional requirements in a clear and organized way.
Support efforts to improve the overall user experience for children, parents, and internal users.
Support integration between tools and platforms used across the business, such as forms, spreadsheets, communication tools, and reporting dashboards.
Support the review and improvement of the user journey across the platform.
Assist in preparing simple dashboards, reports, and summaries related to user activity, engagement, and customer behavior.
Support exploration of ideas that can improve product quality, workflow efficiency, and customer experience.
Skills
Good working knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
Basic to good skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
Familiarity with design or user experience tools such as Figma or Canva is a plus.
Basic understanding of digital platforms, websites, or applications.
Basic understanding of product thinking, workflows, or user journeys is preferred.
