Role Description As a Crew Trainer, you will play a vital role in ensuring operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer service at McDonald’s. Core responsibilities include training and mentoring crew members, demonstrating operational skills, maintaining operational standards, and supervising team performance. You will also assist in creating a positive and efficient work environment while ensuring compliance with quality and safety protocols. This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Tabūk, with some tasks that can be performed remotely.
Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and staff training. Leadership and coaching abilities to mentor and guide team members. Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining operational standards. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges effectively. Previous experience in customer service or the food and beverage industry is an advantage. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Proficiency in basic computer skills for managing training materials and reports. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or certifications in management or hospitality are a plus.
