8–12+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in Dev Ops, Platform Engineering, or Automation roles. Deep hands-on experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as:
Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Git Hub Actions, Tekton
Advanced experience with containerization and orchestration:
Docker, Kubernetes / Red Hat Open Shift
Solid experience with configuration management and automation:
Ansible, Helm, scripting (Bash, Python)
Strong understanding of artifact management and dependency control (Nexus, Artifactory). Strong knowledge of Dev Ops principles and Agile delivery models. Hands-on experience implementing Git Ops workflows (Argo CD, Flux). Experience integrating security controls into CI/CD pipelines (Dev Sec Ops).
