We’re hiring a Sales Executive (Modern Trade) for a food/FMCG client in KSA. You’ll manage product availability, merchandising execution, promotions, and day-to-day servicing of key accounts to hit sales targets and keep standards high in-store. You’ll work closely with Trade Marketing, Key Accounts Development, and Logistics.
What you’ll be doing Own the sales process and deliver agreed sales targets in the Modern Trade channel Activate new customers and support account growth Ensure product availability, visibility, and display execution in-store Present promotions and commercial offers to customers and drive implementation Implement BDA/activity plans in the channel (in line with internal guidelines) Maintain and expand shelf share across assigned accounts Collect payments (cheques/cash) in line with company policy Track and control NTE and damages within budget Submit accurate weekly and monthly reports on time Represent the company professionally and follow policies/procedures at all times What we’re looking for (must-have) Bachelor’s degree (any administrative/business-related field preferred) Experience in retail channel as a Sales Executive and/or Merchandiser (Modern Trade exposure strongly preferred) Arabic (fluent) + basic English (written and verbal) Strong communication and customer service mindset Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work under pressure Basic Microsoft Office skills (reporting) Comfortable producing weekly/monthly reports and meeting deadlines Familiarity with SAP Success Factors is a plus HSE & Food Safety (non-negotiable) Demonstrate commitment to Health & Safety and follow safe working procedures Report hazards/incidents and use PPE as required Follow Food Safety Golden Rules and FSQ policies Support food integrity, food defense, and food fraud requirements Attend mandatory/refresher FSQ trainings
