Overview: We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Business Development Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics business development, with a proven track record of acquiring new clients, developing key accounts, and driving revenue growth. This role is suited for someone who operates strategically rather than purely operationally and can contribute to expanding the company’s market presence. Key Responsibilities:Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the logistics and supply chain sector. Develop and execute strategic plans to grow revenue and expand the client portfolio. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Leverage existing industry connections to generate high-value leads and partnerships. Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation and closing. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with operational capabilities. Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities. Ensure compliance with relevant Saudi regulations and business practices when developing new opportunities. Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. Proven experience in business development within the logistics or supply chain industry. Demonstrated success in developing new accounts and achieving revenue growth targets. Strong commercial mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively. Established network within the logistics sector in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred. Solid understanding of the Saudi market, including regulatory and business environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and deliver results in a target-driven environment. Fluency in English and Arabic. Preferred Profile:Experience working in mid-to-large logistics organizations. Strong track record of closing high-value deals. Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
