Job Summary:We are seeking a Procurement Engineer with strong experience in the Oil & Gas sector, preferably with exposure to Aramco and SABIC projects. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing critical materials such as flanges, tube sheets, pipes, and tubes, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities:Handle procurement activities for Oil & Gas projects in line with company requirements. Source and procure materials such as flanges, tube sheets, pipes, tubes, and related components. Work with approved vendors (Aramco/SABIC) and ensure compliance with project specifications. Prepare RFQs, evaluate quotations, and negotiate pricing and delivery terms. Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, and project teams for technical approvals. Ensure materials meet Aramco/SABIC standards and project requirements. Track orders, follow up with suppliers, and ensure on-time delivery. Maintain proper documentation and procurement records. Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities. Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures. Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.6–10 years of procurement experience in the Oil & Gas sector. Hands-on experience with Aramco and/or SABIC projects is mandatory. Strong knowledge of materials: flanges, tube sheets, pipes, tubes. Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
